NO HIDDEN COSTS, WE USE FIXED-PRICES BUILDING CONTRACTS

We provide detailed quotations for your project when you sign your fixed-price construction contract. This means that your price is final and includes everything in your contract. You’ll know exactly how much your project is going to cost to build and the price cannot increase to include any unforeseen items.

A GUARANTEED HANDOVER DATE

We will complete the construction of your home on time and as agreed in your fixed price contract or we will pay YOU for every day we run over that agreed contract period.

There are certain circumstances where we encounter delays that are beyond our control, such as bad weather and delays with council approval. When such unforeseen delays occur, we create an extension of time (EOT) and recalculate a new handover date for you.

Our priority is keeping you up to date at all times and to hand over your new home when we say we will.
