When choosing our design & build package, we take into account both the aesthetic aspects of the design and the practical considerations of your budget, while ensuring that you have all the right documentation and approvals before proceeding construction. This process is also known as the Preliminary Building Agreement. 

Preliminary Building Agreement

In a nutshell, preliminaries cover all the essential paperwork you need to submit to the council before kicking off your new home project. These documents usually include building plans, engineering assessments, soil tests, energy efficiency reports, and more.

That’s why – to make things easier for you – we  provide comprehensive design and preliminary packages. We work closely with you and our designer to craft the perfect design for your new custom home, renovation, or addition. Throughout the design process, you will have full transparency. We will work closely with you to ensure you stay in the loop of how your design decisions impact the layout and your budget.

We will then prepare all of the plans, documentation, engineering and reports to get the necessary approvals before we start building. Our preliminary agreements ensure that you own all of the plans and documents on completion of the contract.
