WHAT A BGH RENOVATION LOOKS LIKE
We do not start with a quote. We start with a conversation.
After an initial site meeting and discovery call, we develop a concept through our Concept Agreement, working with our architect to create a design that reflects your vision, works with your existing structure, and stays within your budget. Once you are happy with the concept and the investment figure, we move into our Preliminary Building Agreement where we develop the full documentation, manage all approvals, and prepare your Fixed Price Proposal.
The Fixed Price Proposal, typically 40 to 50 pages long, documents every single inclusion, exclusion, specification and detail of your renovation. The price you sign is the price you pay. No hidden costs. No last minute surprises. Just a clear commitment that your home will be delivered exactly as agreed.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT THROUGHOUT YOUR BUILD
From the moment construction begins, you are never left in the dark. Your dedicated site supervisor uploads daily logs to our Buildertrend app so you can follow progress in real time, right from your phone. We meet with you on site every week, provide monthly summary reports, and call you directly if anything needs your attention.
At key stages, particularly electrical and plumbing rough-in, we meet on site together to confirm the exact position and height of every fitting before it is locked in. Because the details matter. And getting them right the first time is what separates a good renovation from a great one.
At three months and six months after handover, we come back to site to inspect and address any minor items that have emerged through the settling period. Because our commitment to you does not end when we hand over the keys.
