We brought together our architect and structural engineer from day one, working through the design, BASIX requirements, and engineering details not just to get approval, but to genuinely optimise the project for Jack and Leah's budget and return. Multiple iterations of engineering and BASIX compliance were worked through behind the scenes so that by the time construction commenced, every dollar was working as hard as it could for them.

The result, two beautifully finished dwellings that delivered exactly the level of quality Jack and Leah had always envisioned, without compromise, and a development that made strong financial sense from the ground up.
