Our interior designer works with you to select and confirm all the appliances, flooring, colour selections and fixtures you want for your home. Depending on your budget, we’ll show you a range of options that you can choose from, or simply let us know if there is something specific you’d like.

Cost & Quoting

As we go over your concepts and ideas, we work in conjunction with you and refine them to what solutions suit best for your project and budget. We’ll also show you through some of our similar completed projects so that you can get a better idea of what’s going to be involved with the construction of your new home/renovations.

When we’re clear on your design ideas and desired budget, we can provide you with an estimated quote for your project.

Once you have accepted our estimated quote, we will go through a material selection from our suppliers and trades. Once the selections have been chosen, we will give you a fixed price proposal with specifications and the building schedule for your job.
