The most critical challenge was removing the existing failing retaining walls without compromising the structural integrity of the house sitting above. To manage this safely and eliminate any risk of subsidence, BGH Construction staged the retaining wall construction across three carefully sequenced phases, shoring up the land as we went and ensuring the home above remained completely stable throughout the entire process.
