Major External Renovations

When Bree and James reached out to us, they had a clear vision for their home—a complete external renovation that would breathe new life into their property. With our expertise, we assisted them from start to finish, helping with design, plans, and obtaining all the necessary approvals through CDC (Complying Development Certificate).

The extensive scope of work included several significant enhancements to their home’s exterior. A magnificent spotted gum deck was constructed, encircling the house and providing a beautiful outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment. We also installed a brand-new roof, rendering the entire house for a sleek and modern look.In addition, we installed new windows and balustrades, eaves and finished off with external painting.

Throughout the project, we encountered a few minor challenges related to the structural integrity of the older building. However, our experienced team rose to the occasion, finding innovative solutions and working closely with Bree and James to address any concerns. We navigated these hurdles with expertise and skill, ensuring that the renovation proceeded smoothly while maintaining the safety and stability of the home.
